February was a fantastic month, especially on Andros Island where many of our traveling anglers enjoyed spectacular weather, and amazing fly fishing.
February and March are our two favorite months for BIG BONES, those double-digit monsters that get your blood and adrenalin pumping. April and May are prime months with warming weather and the beginning tarpon time on the West Side. Also a great time for mutton snapper on the flats, and fun reef and buoy fishing. Fresh snapper, grouper, dorado....the lodge will cook them to perfection for your dinner.
In June, tarpon, lots of permit showing up and cruising bones galore, plus sharks, cuda, and excellent offshore fishing.
